to book !
- Please contact us with the dates and preferred
accommodation.
- Subject to availability a verbal option will be held for 2 working days.
To secure your booking we need a completed booking form and a deposit
of 20% ( if booking 8 weeks or more prior to your departure date). Full
payment is due 8 weeks before departure date.
- Once we have received your booking form we will then send you a confirmation
invoice showing the deposits you have paid and the balance remaining.
- Two weeks before your holiday we will contact you to ‘touch-base’
and confirm any last minute requirements.
We accept cash (euros or sterling), postal orders and
cheques. Unfortunately credit cards are not yet accepted due to high processing
costs.
Insurance is an absolutely essential part of any ski or
boarding holiday and is a condition of booking. Please ensure that it
provides comprehensive wintersports cover. Policies can be found from
www.tesco.com, www.columbusdirect.co.uk or www.skiclub.co.uk amongst of
course many others.
Cancellation of a booking - In the eventuality that you
have to cancel your holiday the following charges may be applied:
6-8 weeks notice - 30% cost of holiday
4-6 weeks notice - 50% cost of holiday
2-4 weeks notice - 70% cost of holiday
Less than 2 weeks 100% cost of holiday
We will however endeavour to fill your cancellation and
refund monies lost.
